We have extensive knowledge in assemby of Nickel Metal Hydride battery packs, Nickel Cadmium battery packs and Lithium battery packs.

We have set up a quality assurance battery pack manufacturing road map that tests and qualifies all battery packs at every step of assembly.
Example of quality assurance steps in/during assembly:
1. Check CAD drawing
2. Check battery pack requirements against product circuitry
3. Make suggestions to client on added safety features (If needed)
4. Assemble all components
5. Inspect all components for quality
6. Pre-test all cells/ batteries used in battery pack assembly
7. Assemble samples for customer consideration and testing in product
8. Make any changes to improve performance (if needed)
(8A. Advise client of possible circuitry issues in their product and advise/suggest improvements)
9 Double check all the above .
10. Start assembly of battery packs at clients acceptance and approval of sample battery packs.
11. Assign lot #'s to battery packs for proper tracking
Supreme Technologies, Inc. does not stop quality assurance standards with the start of assembly of battery packs for delivery.
We first and foremost check every cell/battery for our own quality assurances before assembly in final battery packs befor delivery to customer.
At every step of assembly, battery packs are checked for size tolerances, cosmetic flaws, proper shrink wrapping, tight wielding of wire leads (if used) , proper connector attachment to leads, and samples are tested for accuracy against the Cad Drawing.
We keep a specified number battery packs from each clients assembly/or samples on hand for future reference. This can become a important issue if product circuitry fails or does not perform in needed manner and adjustments to battery packs and product circuitry are needed.
